Enterprise Digital Signage and Multi-Location Networks

Enterprise digital signage requires consistent structure, controlled local access, reliable monitoring, and repeatable deployment processes across every location.

Can Imagine manage hundreds or thousands of screens?

Yes. Imagine is built to grow with your business, whether you are starting with one screen or managing hundreds or thousands across multiple locations.

As your network expands, Imagine helps you keep everything organised through screen groups, user permissions, centralised content management, monitoring, and detailed reporting. You can manage the entire network from one account while still giving regional or branch teams appropriate access to their own screens and content.

For a larger rollout, our team can also help you plan a practical structure for screen naming, hardware, content, permissions, and ongoing support.

Can head office manage every location centrally?

Yes. Head office can manage screens, content, playlists, schedules, users, and reports from one account, subject to the chosen permissions. Use groups and tags so national campaigns can be published efficiently without selecting every screen individually.

Can regional or branch teams manage local content?

Yes. Using Imagine’s user permission controls, an Admin can give regional or branch teams access to the screens, locations, playlists, and media they are responsible for.

This allows local teams to update branch-specific promotions, announcements, operating hours, or community information, while head office retains control of national campaigns, brand content, and important company-wide messaging.

Permissions can also control whether each Member may view, edit, publish, or delete content, helping local teams work independently without giving them unnecessary access to the wider network.

Can one account manage several brands or clients?

Yes. Imagine’s user permission controls allow one account to manage screens and content for several brands, clients, or business divisions.

An Admin can organise the network into groups and give each Member access only to the relevant screens, locations, playlists, media, and features. For example, an agency can manage several clients from one account while limiting each client’s access to their own part of the network.

This keeps management centralised while helping to maintain clear boundaries between different brands, clients, and teams.

How should a large screen network be organised?

Use a consistent hierarchy based on the way the business publishes and reports, such as country, region, brand, branch type, location, and screen purpose. Keep screen names, tags, site contacts, hardware records, and installation photographs consistent.

Design the structure before importing or pairing hundreds of screens.

Large networks become easier to manage when the structure is agreed before the rollout. Decide how screens will be grouped, who owns national and local content, which hardware is approved, how faults are escalated, and what reports each team needs.

Can national and local content run together?

Yes. Use reusable national playlists and schedules alongside approved regional or local content. Define the priority between them and reserve space or time for each content layer.

Avoid copying the national playlist for every branch because later updates become difficult to control.

How should we roll out digital signage across many locations?

A successful multi-location rollout starts with careful planning. We generally recommend beginning with a small pilot that represents the different types of locations in your network. This gives you an opportunity to test the hardware, connectivity, content, and installation process before expanding to every site.

Once the pilot is working well, the wider rollout can take place in manageable phases. Using standard hardware and a consistent setup process makes installation, training, troubleshooting, and future maintenance much easier across the network.

Before each screen goes live, check that:

  • The site has suitable power and internet connectivity
  • The screen and player have been installed correctly
  • The device appears online in Imagine
  • The correct playlist and schedule have been assigned
  • All content has downloaded and is playing properly
  • Someone at the location knows who to contact for assistance

Head-office users and local teams should also receive training suited to their responsibilities. This helps everyone understand what they can manage, while maintaining consistent content and branding across all locations.

Does Imagine offer enterprise SLAs?

Imagine does not currently provide enterprise service-level agreements directly. However, our digital signage integrators would be happy to discuss ongoing support arrangements for larger or business-critical screen networks.

Depending on your requirements, an integrator may be able to assist with installation support, hardware maintenance, on-site call-outs, response times, and escalation procedures. Contact the Imagine team and we can help connect you with the right integration partner.

Can Imagine be white-labelled?

Yes. Imagine can be completely white-labelled to reflect your own brand. The platform can be customised with your logo and brand colours, creating a consistent experience for your team and clients.

This is particularly useful for agencies, resellers, and digital signage integrators that want to offer the platform under their own identity. Contact the Imagine team to discuss your branding requirements and white-label setup.

Can Imagine integrate with enterprise systems?

Yes. Because Imagine is developed and maintained by our own team, we can use our API to integrate the platform with third-party enterprise systems.

This could include websites, internal platforms, data feeds, reporting tools, business systems, or other custom data sources. As every integration has different technical, security, and data requirements, it needs to be properly scoped before development begins.

Contact the Imagine team to tell us which system you use, what information needs to be shared, and what you would like the integration to achieve.

Can devices be staged before they reach each branch?

Yes. Players can be configured, named, paired, tested, and assigned to the correct location before dispatch where the workflow supports it. A branch then connects power, display, and internet using a labelled installation pack.

Staging reduces on-site time and prevents screens from being mixed between locations.

How should content governance work across a large network?

Start by clearly defining who is responsible for national, regional, local, and emergency content. Each team should understand what they can create, approve, publish, or remove.

Use consistent brand templates, appropriate user permissions, clear approval processes, and expiry dates to keep content accurate and on brand. It is also helpful to decide who should be contacted when urgent content needs to be published or an issue needs to be escalated.

How do we standardise hardware without limiting every site?

Standardise a small set of approved display and player models for your most common environments, then define clear exceptions for locations with different needs, such as bright shop windows, outdoor areas, touchscreens, or unusually large displays.

This gives the business the benefits of consistent installation, support, and replacement stock without forcing unsuitable hardware into every site. Record every installed model so future maintenance and replacements remain straightforward.

Can I generate reports for individual branches?

Yes, our extensive reporting system allows filtering according to your organisation's structure, allowing you to review information for individual screens, stores, regions, or your entire network.

This provides valuable operational insight while simplifying management reporting.

Can Imagine support international deployments?

Absolutely! Imagine is used to manage digital signage networks across multiple countries.

Regardless of where your screens are located, they can all be monitored and managed from a single cloud-based platform.

This makes Imagine an excellent choice for organisations with international operations.

Why do large organisations choose Imagine?

Large organisations need more than attractive content on their screens. They need reliable digital signage software that is easy to manage across multiple locations, supported by responsive people who understand how large screen networks operate.

Growth should not mean unnecessary complexity. Imagine is designed so that managing 500 screens feels much like managing five. Centralised management, flexible user permissions, powerful scheduling, and comprehensive monitoring allow organisations to expand without creating significantly more administrative work.

The platform is backed by a team with more than 15 years of practical digital signage experience. We understand the operational challenges of managing large networks because we have spent years running them ourselves.
